Document-to-data ingestion
K-1s, capital account statements, operating agreements and closing documents, extracted into structured data with every figure traceable back to the page it came from.
Your partners, sponsors and administrators already send you everything you need. It arrives as PDFs, in email, on someone else's schedule and in no two formats alike. The work is not getting the documents — it is getting them into a form you can add up.
What it does
- Built for the documents this industry actually produces
- Schedule K-1s, capital account statements, distribution notices, operating and partnership agreements, closing statements and lender reporting packages.
- Every figure traces back to its source
- Each extracted value links to the document and page it came from. When a number is questioned — and in this business it will be — the answer is one click away rather than an afternoon in a filing cabinet.
- Review before anything lands
- Low-confidence extractions are queued for a human rather than written silently. You decide what threshold sends something to review, and nothing reaches a report without clearing it.
- The same document twice is not the same work twice
- Once a sponsor's statement format is learned, subsequent periods extract against it. The second quarter costs a fraction of the first.
What happens when the extraction is wrong?
It gets caught before it matters. Confidence thresholds route anything uncertain into a review queue, the reviewer sees the source page alongside the extracted value, and every correction is recorded. The honest position is that no extraction system is perfect, so the design question is not whether errors occur but whether they reach a report unnoticed. Here they cannot.
